ICAM Australia Course Booking Cancellation & Refund Policy

The following conditions apply to all courses offered by ICAM Australia per clause 1 of this policy. Registering on a course with ICAM Australia implies full acceptance of these conditions. This policy is effective immediately and supersedes all previous versions.

General Conditions

This cancellation policy is based on our investment in staff, course planning, rostering of faculty, catering costs, venue hire, and the purchase and maintenance of equipment. Cancelling your place on a course close to commencement date impacts everybody including potential candidates who are currently on our lengthy waitlists. Before deciding to cancel a booking from one of our courses, candidates are asked to consider the following conditions carefully.

The following conditions apply:

1.1 Cancelling a booking 1.1.1 Registration fees for a booking on a course within eight (8) weeks of the commencement date are non-refundable. 1.1.2 Registration fees for a booking on a course outside of eight (8) weeks of the commencement date are refundable to the amount of the registration fee paid, less 50% administration fee.

1.2 Changes to a booking Regrettably ICAM Australia is unable to change bookings or hold places for candidates wishing to change course dates.

1.3 Disclaimer All cancellation fees will be administered at the sole discretion of ICAM Australia management. ICAM Australia reserves reserve the right to cancel any scheduled course or event. In the event of a cancellation, candidates will be notified, and a refund or voucher provided. Refunds may take up to 14 working days to be processed. ICAM Australia courses are subject to sufficient enrolment numbers in addition to the availability of faculty.

2.1 ICAM QRG App Access

2.1.1 Registration in a face-to-face ICAM course includes three (3) months' complimentary access to the ICAM Quick Reference Guide (QRG) App for each registered participant. Access will be provided approximately two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled course commencement date.

2.1.2 By submitting a registration and/or completing payment, the client authorises ICAM Australia to create a QRG App account using the participant's name and email address, and to ICAM Australia sending that participant an email invitation to set a password and sign in. The client warrants that it is authorised to provide each participant's personal information for this purpose.

2.1.3 Where the optional "ICAM QRG – 12 Month Subscription" is selected at the time of booking, that participant's access is extended to twelve (12) months from the date access is provided.

2.1.4 A participant may delete their QRG App account and associated data at any time within the App or by contacting ICAM Australia. Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy referred to in clause 29 of the General Terms and Conditions above.
